"I have been a client of State Farm for our renters' insurance policy since 2021. I recently made the switch to also bundle my Auto insurance policy with the renters. Alex helped me out via phone and was so kind and accommodating. I am a teacher which means I have limited availability for phone calls during regular working hours. To complete all of my changes to my policies, it required several phone calls back and forth throughout the school day during random times when I would have a short break and enough time to make a call. Each time Alex called back, he always asked if it was a good time and gave me an estimate of about how long this step in the process would take, since he knew I have an odd schedule. It seems small, but I appreciated his kindness and understanding because a situation like this would annoy most people. He was very helpful and professional, thank you!"

"This office and their software system is totally inept. I reported a vehicle sold in November and I’m still getting overdue notices on my monthly pay plan. I called and have been told a minimum of 4 times in the last month that it would be taken care of. They obviously can’t accomplish the simple task of updating their system."
